MEET YOUR DIRECTORS

Ili and Victoria have spent their lives in a dance studio. Both have dedicated their careers to training, teaching, choreographing, and mentoring young dancers, with the goal of inspiring the same love for dance that has shaped their own lives.

Dance is also what brought Victoria and Ili together. They quickly realized their values and vision for dance education were deeply aligned. After six years of working side by side, they are excited to begin this new chapter and create a space where every dancer feels at home.

Their philosophy centres around providing high quality training at every age and every level, while creating an environment where every dancer feels welcomed, valued, and supported. They are passionate about offering meaningful opportunities for all dancers, whether they dance recreationally, perform, or compete.

Above all, Ili and Victoria want to build a community where dancers feel safe, loved, and empowered; to develop not only strong dancers, but confident young people with the tools to thrive wherever life takes them.
